 IN2it has many waterproof products and it's affordable :)

Description on the back says :

waterproof : I tested water proofing it by placing a little amount of water above the blush swatched on my skin.  Surprisingly the color is still pigmented! :)

Vitamin E : yay! another Makeup w/ benefit!

• it's not waterproof
• I hope the brush on the end is pointed for making the wing of the cat eye easy:)

What I love about this product :

• The Collagen thang is a beauty plus gals!
• I love how pigmented it is
• I'm using it for over 6 months now but its texture never changed
• It doesn't irritate my eyes
• IT DOESN'T SMUDGE! It just stays there. So be confident of wearing this for a long time. You'll never see it change its form.

Bought this two budget-friendly working good on lids! :)

EP&LS is creamy and blendable 
EP dries up fast and hard to blend

Verdict:
For me, both primers are good. I would prefer the EP&LS because it is easier to work with :) I have tough times using the EP because it dries up so quickly that I can't blend my eyeshadow well.
Longevity of the product on my face is a priority to me, so this helps.Since I wash it off at the end of the day, a cheaper product that works well like any expensive primers is perfect! I'm saving ladies! :P

It serves a a brow gel with color on it. It has shimmers, but if you top it off with eyebrow powder or eye shadow powder the shimmer lessens and it's not noticeable anymore.

I love this product because my eyebrow hair are really messy!
plus it's really long lasting. is great  If you're in a hurry you can just swipe it to your desired shape on your brows :)
