Bought this two budget-friendly working good on lids! :)

EP&LS is creamy and blendable 
EP dries up fast and hard to blend

Verdict:
For me, both primers are good. I would prefer the EP&LS because it is easier to work with :) I have tough times using the EP because it dries up so quickly that I can't blend my eyeshadow well.
Longevity of the product on my face is a priority to me, so this helps.Since I wash it off at the end of the day, a cheaper product that works well like any expensive primers is perfect! I'm saving ladies! :P
